Shipping and delivery time
The articles are delivered within 1 to 7 working days from the day following the validation of the order by the customer throughout Metropolitan France. This period includes the preparation of the article upon receipt of the order, as well as the transport time. It is given as an indication and may vary according to the availability of the articles. LIZE CREATIONS may not be deemed to have been exceeded or terminated or any compensation for damages may be awarded.
In case of problems of transport, postal services or in case of force majeure, LIZE CREATIONS declines any responsibility for the delivery deadline.
The items are delivered to the address of the order form provided by the Customer. The risks of transport are borne by the customer from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier. In the event of delivery to a collective address, LIZE CREATIONS no longer has an obligation as soon as the goods arrive at the indicated address, even if it is received by a third party.
In case of absence of the customer to the address of delivery indicated in the order form, or of erroneous address due to an omission or a typing error, LIZE CREATIONS reserves the right to invoice the delivery service according to different Methods of delivery proposed below in Article 6.2.
Delivery method
When the order is placed, the Customer is obliged to choose the mode of transport he wishes among the service providers selected by the company LIZE CREATIONS. The proposed providers are:
LA POSTE: 48h to 72h in working days, from the shipment * -
- Price variable according to weight
- La Poste RELAY: 3 to 6 days in working days, from dispatch
- Price variable according to weight
The delivery of the order is free from 80 € of purchase by Relay, of course besides postage.
* Toute commande où il est indiqué qu'il est en précommande ne pourra être livré dans les mêmes délais bien évidemment, il faut se référencer à la date de précommande qui est à titre indicatif.
