LIZE CREATIONS undertakes to guarantee the items sold for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice. The manufacturer's warranty is intended to cover even defects due to the use of the Customer. This warranty will enable the Customer to enjoy a more complete protection against any defects and / or damages in relation to the legal guarantee.
The guarantee is made in the form of a free repair service during the 2 years following the purchase. The shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The defects concerned are those of accessories (buckles, pressure knobs and nails).
Discoloration of the fabric is not part of the manufacturer's warranty for the reason that excessive exposure of fabric items to the sun is naturally prone to discoloration which is irreversible. Unlawful damage (tears, burns, holes and cuts, stained or scuffed leather or fabric) is also excluded from the manufacturer's warranty.
Legal warranty of conformity and guarantee of hidden defects
The products sold on the Site are subject to the conditions of legal guarantee of conformity (article L 211-4 et seq. Of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee of hidden defects (articles 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code). All warranties are excluded in case of natural wear and tear of the product, defects and damage from external sources or due to improper use, improper use, negligence or lack of maintenance by the Customer.

Article 1648, paragraph 1, of the Civil Code: The action resulting from the crippling defects must be instituted by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect. Return and refund of defective or non-compliant products
Any return or refund requested by the Customer involving the legal guarantees of conformity or hidden defects must remain in the form of explanatory letters and must be sent to LIZE CREATIONS by post, with acknowledgment of receipt, to the following address: 81 rue du Temple , 75003 PARIS.
After verification of the defect or nonconformity of the returned item, LIZE CREATIONS will exchange or refund the Customer the full price of the item (s) concerned, return shipping costs, If the return relates to the entire order.
