Palais-Royal Ring

A perfect disc divided in two: the upper half unfolds into finely chiseled, openwork foliage, while the lower half rests on a semicircle of white mother-of-pearl with pearlescent sheen. The piece evokes the lightness of the Palais-Royal gardens—something both organic and precise—supported by a slender, polished stem.
