Shipping and delivery time

 

The articles are delivered within 1 to 7 working days from the day following the validation of the order by the customer throughout metropolitan France. This period includes the preparation of the article on receipt of the order, as well as the transport time. It is given as an indication and can vary according to the availability of the articles. Exceeding this time limit cannot be held against LIZE CREATIONS, nor give rise to a cancellation of the contract or any compensation for damages. 

 

In case of transport problems, postal services or in case of force majeure, LIZE CREATIONS declines all responsibility for the delivery time. 

 

Items are delivered to the address on the order form provided by the Customer. Transport risks are borne by the Customer from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier. In case of delivery to a collective address, LIZE CREATIONS is no longer under any obligation as soon as the goods arrive at the address indicated, even if they are received by a third party. 

 

In the event of the customer's absence at the delivery address indicated in the order form, or an incorrect address due to an omission or a typing error, LIZE CREATIONS reserves the right to re-invoice the delivery service according to the different delivery methods proposed hereafter in article 6.2. 

 

Delivery Mode 

 

When placing the order, the Customer is led to choose the mode of transport he wishes among the service providers selected by LIZE CREATIONS. The proposed service providers are: 

 

THE POST OFFICE: 48h to 72h in working days, from the shipping *- 

 

- Price varies according to weight 

 

-Relay mail: 3 to 6 days in working days, starting from dispatch. 

 

- Price varies according to weight

 

Delivery of the order is free of charge from €80 purchase in a Relay Point. 

 

THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD 

 

All products sold benefit from the "satisfied or reimbursed" clause. In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal to return the products without having to justify the reason. The deadline for the right of withdrawal is from the day of receipt of the package by the Customer or by the third party designated by him. 

 

The costs of return are to be paid by the customer. 

 

LIZE CREATIONS reserves the right to ask for the dispatch note as proof. 

 

In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the withdrawal form to us within 14 days using the following form :

In accordance with the legal provisions - Art. L121-21 et seq. of the French Consumer Code -, I kindly request that you reimburse me the sum of xxx, the total amount of this order.

The letter must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, indicating the Customer's name and address at the top left, the company at the bottom right, and possibly the order references. 

 

The Customer is obliged to return the article(s) within 14 days from the day LIZE CREATIONS is informed of his decision to retract. 

 

If the withdrawal is requested by the Customer, LIZE CREATIONS will proceed to an exchange, a credit note or a full refund of the price of the item(s) within 14 days following the day the seller becomes aware of the Customer's withdrawal. In any case, this reimbursement cannot be made before LIZE CREATIONS recovers the item(s) subject to the Customer's retraction or before LIZE CREATIONS provides proof of the return of the item(s). 

 

In the event of a refund request, the means of payment will be the same as the one chosen at the time of the order unless the customer agrees with LIZE CREATIONS on a different means.

 

Refunds will only be accepted on condition that the item(s) concerned has/have not suffered depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and/or conformity.  

 

Returns

 

If you pay by Paypal, you can return products via their interface for free. Otherwise the return is at the expense of the customer, except in case of defect related to the product.

 

If you find that the product received is defective or that there is an error, contact us using the form (under Customer Service) and specify the error. If there is indeed a defect or an error, we will reimburse you the return costs.

 

 

You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package (form above) to return your order.

 

 

Items must be new and intact and complete.
