TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PREAMBLE
The present general conditions of sale apply to all products offered by LIZE CREATIONS on its website www.zede-paris.com.
They are intended to frame any transaction (deadlines, prices, guarantees) on the website and thus protects both the customer and the company through a transparent legal basis.
These general conditions of sale are agreed between:
The company LIZE CREATIONS, SARL with capital of 7622.45 € euros whose registered office is located at 81, rue du Temple 7003 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B 414.115.717 (97 B 14159), hereinafter referred to as "The seller, LIZE CREATIONS or ZEDE" on the one hand and any non-professional natural person wishing to make a purchase on the website of LIZE CREATIONS www.zede-paris.com, hereinafter referred to as "the customer, the consumer or the buyer ", on the other hand.
Article 1: OBJECT
These general conditions of sale aim to define, exclusively because of the relationships they establish on the Internet, the mutual rights and obligations of the parties and the various stages of the ordering process. The Customer acknowledges having read it, at the time of the validation of the order, and expressly declares to accept them without reserve.
The Customer is clearly informed and acknowledges that the Site is intended for end consumers. Professionals must contact LIZE CREATIONS sales department in order to benefit from separate contractual conditions.
The seller reserves the right to modify at any time the general conditions of sale of the site www.zede-paris.com. The application of the new conditions will then be in effect on the date of the customer's order.
Article 2: PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The items visible on the site are available for sale, while stocks last.
LIZE CREATIONS endeavors to present the descriptive sheets available on the Site with the greatest possible accuracy. However, photographs and texts are presented for information only and have no contractual value. Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all Products sold by LIZE CREATIONS are new and comply with the European legislation in force and standards applicable in France.
Article 3. PRICE
The prices of the items are the prices T.T.C. in Euro. They take into account possible reductions as well as the T.V.A., at the rate applicable on the day of the order. The prices appearing on the Site do not include the delivery charges that will be specified and added to the total amount of the order.
LIZE CREATIONS reserves the right to modify its selling prices at any time. Orders placed are then billed at the rates in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4. ORDERING TERMS
Article 4.1. Ordering
To order one or more items, follow these steps:
- Click on the article of your choice to go to the product page of the selected article.
- Click on "Add to cart", a window will appear.
- Then, validate the article by clicking on "Order" or continue shopping by clicking on "Continue shopping". In the second case, you can validate multiple articles by clicking on the top right of the page on the logo "cart" then click on "Cashier" to make the payment.
- Once the article has been validated, check the accuracy of the order information (product, color, quantity, price) on the summary sheet and click on "Proceed to payment" to adjust the amount.
- You must then "create an account" or enter the information in the "Quick Order" form. This is to record the information for billing as well as delivery.
- Check the accuracy of the information then press "Pay the order."
- You are then invited to choose the delivery method that suits you best.
- Read the terms and conditions and check "I accept the terms and conditions and I adhere to it without reservation" and click on "Pay the order" to complete the purchase.
- Pay the order, then confirm.
- Once the purchase is made, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail, summarizing the order.
Any finalized order implies that the customer accepts definitively and irrevocably his purchase and the present general conditions of sale.
After validation, the order is sent to LIZE CREATIONS for processing. The Customer can modify or cancel it only by contacting the Customer Service by telephone or e-mail, before shipping the package.
In the absence of availability of the product, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. In the event that an unavailable product has been cashed, LIZE CREATIONS undertakes to exchange the product for another available product of the same amount, to offer a credit note or to refund the customer for the product concerned within 15 days.
The customer can at any time if he wishes, disable his account by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
Article 4.2 Restriction orders
The sale of ZEDE products on the website www.zede-paris.com is intended only for buyers whose delivery address is in mainland France. The configuration of our computer system does not allow purchases off the French soil. Nevertheless, if the system proceeds with the sale despite the programming, LIZE CREATIONS reserves the right to refuse the order a posteriori.
Article 5. PAYMENT TERMS
Article 5.1. Payment method
All orders are payable in Euro. To pay for the order, the customer can choose between the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
- Paypal account.
LIZE CREATIONS reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of payment error, existing dispute with the Customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the Customer, refusal of authorization of payment by bank card, or for any other legitimate reason. LIZE CREATIONS will not be responsible in this respect.
Article 5.2. Security transactions
To ensure payment security, the www.zede-paris.fr website uses the Stripe secure payment service. The confidential data (the 16-digit bank card number, the expiry date and the cryptogram) are transmitted directly encrypted on the bank's server without passing on the physical media of the LIZE CREATIONS server.
When the order is validated, the payment request is routed in real time to the Stripe Secure Payment Manager. The latter sends an authorization request to the bank card network. The electronic payment manager issues an electronic certificate.

Article 5.3. Property reservation
The articles remain the property of LIZE CREATIONS until the total payment of the price.
Article 6: DELIVERY
Article 6.1. Shipping and delivery time
The articles are delivered within 1 to 7 working days from the day following the validation of the order by the customer on all the metropolitan France. This period includes the preparation of the article upon receipt of the order, as well as the time of transport. It is given as an indication and may vary depending on the availability of items. Exceeding this deadline can not be held against LIZE CREATIONS, nor give rise to a termination of the contract or any compensation for damages.
In the case of problems of transport, postal services or in case of force majeure, LIZE CREATIONS declines any responsibility on the delivery time.
The items are delivered to the address of the order form provided by the Customer. The transport risks are borne by the customer from the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier. In the event of delivery to a collective address, LIZE CREATIONS has no obligation since the goods arrive at the address indicated, even if it is received by a third party.
In case of absence of the customer to the delivery address indicated in the order form, or of wrong address due to an omission or a typo, LIZE CREATIONS reserves the right to charge the delivery service according to the different delivery methods proposed below in Article 6.2.
Article 6.2. Delivery method
When placing the order, the Customer is led to choose the mode of transport he wants among the providers selected by LIZE CREATIONS. The proposed providers are:
- The post office: 48h to 72h in working days, from the expedition *
-> Price varies according to the weight
- Point Relais: 3 to 6 days in working days, from the expedition

These methods are currently available for France and Europe
Delivery is free for all orders more than 80 euros (only Point Relais are free)
Article 7: RIGHT WITHDRAWAL
All products sold benefit from the "satisfied or refunded" clause. In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days to return the products without having to justify the reason. The period of the right of withdrawal is from the day of receipt of the package by the Customer or the third party designated by him.
The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer.
LIZE CREATIONS reserves the right to request the packing slip for proof.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the withdrawal form to us within 14 days by using the following form:

The letter must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, indicating the name of the Customer and his address at the top left, the company below right, and possibly the references of the order.
The Customer is required to return the item(s) within 14 days from the day LIZE CREATIONS will be informed of its decision to retract.
If the retractation is requested by the Customer, LIZE CREATIONS will proceed to an exchange, a credit or the total refund of the price of the item(s) within a period of 14 days following the day the seller becomes aware of the retractation of the customer. In any case, this refund can not be made before recovery by LIZE CREATIONS of the object(s) subject to the Customer's retractation or provision of proof of return of the latter.
In case of a refund request, the payment method will be the same as the one chosen when ordering unless the customer agrees with LIZE CREATIONS in a different way.
The refund will be accepted only in the condition where the article(s) concerned have not been depreciated as a result of manipulations other than those necessary to establish its nature, its characteristics and / or its conformity.
Article 8: WARRANTY
Article 8.1. Legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee of hidden defects
The products sold on the Site are subject to the conditions of legal guarantee of conformity (article L 211-4 and following of the Code of the consumption) and the guarantee of the latent defects (articles 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code). Any warranty is excluded in case of natural wear of the product, defects and deteriorations of external origin or due to misuse, improper use, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Customer.

Article L211.10 Consumer Code
If the repair and replacement of the property are impossible, the buyer can return the property and get the price back or keep the property and get a part of the price.
The same faculty is offered to him:
1 ° If the solution requested, proposed or agreed pursuant to Article L.211-9 can not be implemented within one month of the claim of the buyer;
2 ° Or if this solution can not be without major inconvenience for this one taking into account the nature of the good and the use it seeks.
The resolution of the sale can not however be pronounced if the lack of conformity is minor.
Article L211-12 Consumer Code
The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the goods.
Article L211-13 Consumer Code
The provisions of this section do not deprive the purchaser of the right to exercise the action resulting from the latent defects as it results from articles 1641 to 1649 of the civil code or any other action of a contractual or extra-contractual nature which is recognized to him by the law.
Article 1641 of the Civil Code: The seller is bound by the guarantee for reasons of hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which diminish so much this use, that the buyer would not have not acquired, or would have given a lesser price, had he known them.
Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code: The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect. In the case provided for by Article 1642-1, the action must be brought, on pain of foreclosure, within one year from the date on which the seller may be discharged from apparent defects.
Article 8.2 Return and refund of defective or non-compliant products
Any return or refund requested by the Customer involving legal guarantees of conformity or hidden defects must remain in the form of explanatory letters and be sent to LIZE CREATIONS by post, with acknowledgment of receipt, to the following address: 81 rue du Temple , 75003 PARIS.
After checking the defect or nonconformity of the returned item, LIZE CREATIONS will proceed to an exchange or to the refunding of the Customer of the totality of the price of the articles concerned, the expenses of return, and including the expenses of sending if the return concerns the entirety of the order.
Article 8.3. Producer's warranty
LIZE CREATIONS undertakes to guarantee the items sold for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice. The manufacturer's warranty is intended to cover even defects due to the use of the Customer. This warranty will allow the Customer to enjoy fuller protection against possible defects and / or damage in relation to the legal warranty.
The guarantee is in the form of a free repair service during the 2 years following the purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The defects concerned are the defects of accessories (buckles, pressure buttons and nails)
Fabric discoloration is not part of the manufacturer's warranty because the excessive exposure of fabric articles to the sun is naturally subject to discoloration which is irreversible. Improper damage (tears, burns, holes and cuts, stained or scuffed fabrics or leather) are also excluded from the manufacturer's warranty.
Article 9: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the site www.zede-paris.com, visual and sound are the exclusive property of LIZE CREATIONS and are protected by copyright. Consequently, any copy, publication, distribution and use not previously authorized by LIZE CREATIONS is strictly prohibited, and constitutes a counterfeit punishable by law.
In any case, any link of our site, even tacitly authorized, will have to be withdrawn on simple request of LIZE CREATIONS.
Article 10: DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
For the smooth running of the order, the personal data collected relating to the consumer will be subject to computer processing.
As such, the information about it can be communicated to the commercial partners of LIZE CREATIONS. We are striving to be GDPR compliant.
The buyer can oppose the disclosure of his contact information by contacting the consumer service. In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, the buyer also has a right to access and rectify any information concerning him. This computer processing has been declared to the CNIL.
Article 11: SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITY
LIZE CREATIONS has only an obligation of means in the online sales process. It can not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet, including data loss, external intrusion, the presence of computer viruses, a break in service or other unintended problems.
Article 12 :APPLICABLE LAW AND VALIDITY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In case of disputes, the French courts will be competent, even if the buyer accesses the site www.zede-paris.com from a country other than France.
